11:45 AM PST - VDMS has confirmed they experienced a service disruption in their San Jose location, however service has been stabilized and checks appear healthy at this time. They will be issuing a post mortem to Distil within 24 hours with root cause.
11:23 AM PST - Service appears to have stabilized and The Distil and VDMS teams are currently working on identifying root cause.
10:15 AM PST - We are currently investigating reports of service disruption on the west coast for cloud customers using the Verizon Digital Media Services (VDMS) CDN. The Distil Teams are currently investigating with VDMS and updates will be provided as soon as possible.
